I have never ate curry before and it would be very difficult to give up my salads as I always seem to eat a salad at least 3x a week. I would be willing to give curry a chance especially if it is considered a very healthy meal.

I use curry in some fish dishes and like the spicy. This recipe is a little advanced for me but i did email the link to my wife. We’ve never cooked with goji berries before but i have heard a lot of good things about them on the net.

We love curries. It’s especially nice that you can finish it in the crock pot if necessary. Spicy foods like curry are always welcome once it gets cold. Spiciness is also good for your heart.

Wow this is fantastic news for me I absolutely love curry! Having spent a lot of time is Asia I have sampled many different recipes with a range of ingredients including coconut milk (which is probably the most calorie rich ingredient) and butter etc.

One of the greatest curries I ever had the pleasure of tasting was done by a good friend of mine and was a simple Spinach curry that was incredibly tasty and healthy.

Must say the chicken and blueberry curry sound delicious, anyone have the recipe?
