The picture is taken one year ago. I had just bought a new camera and was down by the sea one night. Swans are incredibly beautiful animals, and certainly one of the favorites to take pictures off.

Swans are a symbol that is widely used in the Nordic countries. It is, among other things, Denmark’s national bird and who will not remember the fairy tale of The Ugly Duckling.
Just this swan was so tame that it ate bread straight from my hand a few days later. It was very sceptical when I pat it on the head, but that was to be expected.

In the second picture in which the swan is turning back. I love this posture of birds. Most big birds like peacock and hen do the same. I really appreciate your hard work because it is never easy to shoot a picture of bird or animal at an instant when it is acting something special.

Wow! These pictures are gorgeous. I love how you have captured the curves of this beautiful bird. Swans have always been a favorite of mine. They are so elegant and they mate for life, so it is always nice to see them swimming together in pairs.
