Wine & Spirits used the vineyard on their own exclusive representation and opened up for conferences for selected, visiting managements. During the summer Rabiega was training and educational centre for their own and for Systembolaget staff.

In 2006, the Wine & Spirits selled the property and it is operated today by the family Åkesson, which previously accounted for the activities in Kronovalls castle in Österlen in Skåne.

Anders Åkesson is the one in Sweden that has created the sparkling wines Amadeus and Henric Åkesson.

Today, he cultivates the grapes as in the-art wine cellar is the foundation of the houses white, rosé and red wines, including top cuvée Clos Dière.

Domaine Rabiega is in Draguignan, halfway between Nice and Aix-en-Provence.
The facility is in addition to vineyards and wine cellars for the manufacture of quality of top-class, including a hotel and conference centre with 20 well-equipped double rooms, restaurant, bar and a shop, where the farm’s products can be purchased at very attractive prices!

Since the rules for privately to Sweden now changed, it has become possible for Swedish customers to order wines and have them delivered to their door in Sweden.

The Terreno estate is situated in the heart of Tuscany in the Chianti Classico district. Since 1988, the Ruhne family from Stockholm run the estate. It comprises about 150 hectares out of which the vineyards take up 25 hectares.

The production includes red and white wines, Grappa, Vin Santo and an excellent extra virgin oil.
The Sangiovese grape is the major ingredient in the red wines. Three of the five reds are classed D.O.C.G. and may be bought a.o. at Systembolaget in Sweden.
Terreno Chianti Classico, Terreno Riserva, Terreno Riserva Lignanello.
There are holiday lets available both in separate dwellings and smaller flats. You are also most welcome to visit Terreno for a wine tasting. For groups of more than 10 this may be combined with a tour of the vineyard and wine cellar, perhaps followed by a simple lunch. There is also a farm shop.

Idala Gård in Skåne, Sweden is starting to make their own wine.

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

In May month they planted 500 vine grapes and in about 5 years’ time they can make their first wine. If they succeed better than the Norwegian wine Munch time will tell. They have at least a better starting point with a warmer climate. We wish them good luck with Söderslättsvinen.
