Jamie’s cookery books in general are amazing – I just got “cook with Jamie” – it really takes you back to the basics and teaches you how to cut up poultry, it explains all the different cuts of lamb, how to shop for fish, it itemizes which herbs go with what foods and even shows you how to make fresh pasta! I love all the recipes in this book – good simple cooking, the only problem being is they are very healthy – but a little too fattening!

Jamie Oliver is my favorite TV chef. I watch all the TV cookery programs ranging from Gordon Ramsey, Ainsley Harriot to Mrs Satchi (forgive me for the spelling there!). And in honesty, I have never tried to cook any of their recipes but for entertainment value I prefer Jamie Oliver. I for some reason seem to find his mannerisms and way of communicating quite entertaining.

Your mission is no doubt a great way to teach cooking to numerous people. Now a days, It’s a trend to have fast food culture, or hotel food, which is delicious as well as has many side effects. as How the food is cooked, how much hygenic it is. A great book indeed.
