The Norwegian restaurant Bagatelle and Eyvind Hellstrøm has got back the star they lost in the last year’s Michelin-guide. It seems that they made a little mistake last year when they took it away, sins they got it back so soon.

“Ups!, well… yes, you are five stars again”. LOL.

Michelin guide is based on several reviewers repeatedly visiting the restaurant, so there is always the chance of a slip up. A bad table, a forgotten request, that is all it takes.
Zagat guide is all user feedback surveys.
It is great they got their stars back. They deserve it.

Did not have time on my last trip. Perhaps next year.
This year I’m trying a 3 star place in Paris for lunch, can’t afford any more.

After looking at him, I’d be afraid NOT to give it five stars.
